Infrared cooking is the latest innovation in outdoor grilling. Thousands of small ports in a ceramic plate provide searing temperatures of up to 1600 degrees on the infrared surface. This cooking technology is superb for searing steaks, to seal in flavor and natural juices.

STEEL BURNERS
Every Altima grill contains 3 or 4 individually controlled stainless steel burners. You'll find the flexibility of these burners unmatched. As you experience slow cooking a roast, grilling some salmon or barbecuing ribs. The stainless steel burners are side ported for longivety and backed by a unbeatable lifetime warranty.
Every Altima model has been designed to burn gas or wood (lump charcoal). An easily removable heavy gauge stainless steel tray (optional) allows you to fire your grill with either fuel, depending on the recipe you have planned.
BRICK
OVEN INTERIOR
Our exclusive patented design, Altima's fire brick lining absorbs heat, holds it, then slowly radiates even, uniform cooking heat. Convection cooking is achieved as heat energy radiates from the fire brick liner and mixes with cooler air that enters the grill from louvered "air-intake" ducts below.
INFRARED
BURNER & ROTISSERIE SPIT
The Altima 38" and 48" models are complete with a heavy-duty rotisserie
system. The infrared burner mounted on the back interior of the Altima
provide additional controlled heat for browning and searing. Relax, let
the turning spit do the work, it's simple to prepare your favorite dinners
on Altima the gourmet chef's choice.

Take your entire kitchen outside. One of the most desireable options on
Altima grills is the dual side burner, generating up to 30,000 BTU's of
heat. Using its own electronic ignitor, these burners can be used for
anything from sauces and marinades to cooking vegetables, rice or other
side dishes. Why cook both outside and inside? Use Altima for everything
on the menu. It's fully equiped as your kitchen.
