The Parker" Grill is a great traveling companion. Its smooth briefcase shape stows almost anywhere where space is at a
premium - inside your R.V., the cubby of your boat, the back of your closet. The Parker Grill requires no assembly. It arrives
ready to use. Unfold the legs, hook up a gas bottle and start grilling.

The Parker Grill is 30 pounds of very expensive, high grade 304 Type stainless steel designed to last longer and cook food
better than any other portable gas grill on the market. It is a rugged, dependable appliance used by professional caterers, fishing
guides in Idaho, big boat skippers in the Caribbean.

Of course we are biased, but we are so sure you will think this is the most rugged, best designed, best cooking grill out there that we offer a twenty day, no questions, no hassle, money back guarantee. Use it and if you don't like it send it back and we will give you your money back. Use it for life and if something breaks because we didn't build it right we will fix it or replace it.

Burner - Our burner puts out nearly twice the heat of conventional portable gas grills. Conventional gas grills produce from 8,000 to 12,000 BTUs. Our burner produces 20,000 BTUs. This power has two distinct advantages. Our
grill heats up fast and it reaches higher temperatures.

The Parker Grill burner has an added feature not found on any other portable gas grill-it produces both a "hot spot" and a "resting spot". This is a feature requested by commercial chefs. Chefs like the flexibility of different heat levels across the cooking surface. They use the ultra high heat of the hot spot to sear meat. This searing process locks in juices and concentrates flavor on the surface of the meat. The Parker Grill's hot spot covers two thirds of the cooking
surface with temperatures above 900 degrees F.

Chefs use the lower temperature resting spot to finish meat off, to rest it, and allow the center to cook without having to incinerate the outside. This heat gradient also means different types of food can be cooked at the same time. It gives cooks a flexibility they could only expect from their large stationary gas grills.

Our burner is a thick walled 304 type stainless tube - the same design that's used in commercial ovens that run all day, every day.

Double Smoker Plates - First there were lava rocks - greasy, smelly and moldy. Then there was the single smoker plate. It worked but as much as 20% of the grease collected in the fire box until it found a way out - into your boat locker, station wagon wayback, or patio deck. We didn't want to live with the mess and why should you? The Parker Grill has two smoker plates, one on top of the other. Here is how they work. Each plate has a series of holes in it. The holes in the top plate are offset from the holes in the bottom plate. As grease drips down it is either vaporized by the top plate or falls through to the second smoker plate. The second plate vaporizes any remaining wayward grease. You end up with more flavorful food, a cleaner grill, and no grease
build up.

Regulator - The Parker Grill uses a quick connect regulator. When we started to design this grill one of the inconveniences of portable grills was having to screw a fuel bottle into a regulator attached to a grill while it was on the ground. Our regulator screws onto a bottle and then connects to the grill - very simple, very fast.
When not in use our regulator stores inside the grill body
along with a couple of gas bottles leaving you with a smooth stainless steel brief case.

Baffled Air Intake - You probably like cooking in windy places like beaches and rivers but don't like having your grill burner blow out. We don't like it either so we invented a baffled air intake system to prevent blowouts in high winds. It's pretty simple (like all good inventions). The front and back air intake holes are protected by baffles just on the inside of the holes. These baffles slow any wind entering the grill body so the burner can operate in a calm firebox without being effected by less than perfect weather
conditions. The baffles also cause the flame to spread out across the bottom of the smoker plate for more efficient heating.

Legs - Our patent pending legs are nothing short of slick. Stored, the Parker Grill legs stay folded neatly inside the body. When you are ready to grill, the legs pop out of the body using your finger tips. They are counterbalanced on the inside so all you do is put the grill down and the legs automatically swing into position. The legs are 5/8 inch stainless rod. You would probably have to drive over your grill to bend these legs. Take down is equally simple. Latch the hood, set the grill on edge and press the legs back into the body.
